Distance Education Diploma and 
Certificate Programs

This mode of education and training is self-paced and is designed to integrate easily and be compatible with other family and community obligations the student may have.

Students have a one-to-one relationship with their instructor via email and verbal communication. Each course may consist of a package of materials, text and workbook and a course syllabus.

Admission Requirements: Students must be classified as ‘mature’ in that they are 19 years of age or older, have been out of school for at least one year, or do not have a Secondary School Diploma.
Start Dates: Courses are ongoing.
Duration: Each Distance Education and Training course is designed to take eight months, however, a student could complete the material in as little as six months. On-Line Internet Computer Training programs run for twelve months.

Each course has a set fee that includes all of the materials, texts and workbooks necessary to successfully complete the course. The course cost also includes correspondence and assistance with the instructor and the evaluation of assignments and exams.
