The Native Education and Training College mission statement is to provide academic
education and technology training programs to Aboriginal People and
communities while
edifying, enabling, equipping and encouraging our Aboriginal students
to complete their educational and training goals through life-long
learning.
The NETCs five Laws of Learning are:
- The
student must be on a level of curriculum where he/she can perform.
- The
student must set reasonable goals he/she can achieve in a prescribed
period of time.
- The
student must be in a controlled environment and motivated to
assimilate, use or experience the material.
- The
students learning must be measurable.
- The
students learning must be rewarded.
