Post Secondary Division

The post-secondary diploma courses, offered in small class sizes, are geared to First Nation communities and / or aboriginal organizations to meet specific students’ and / or community needs.

Specialized instructors provide students with the skills they need to successfully begin a career and meet an employer’s needs in less than one year through up-to-date training on the latest software and equipment.

Admission Requirements:

Students registered in any post-secondary program must hold an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, with the exception of mature students.

Mature students are those students who are 19 years of age or older, have been out of school for at least one year, or do not have a Secondary School Diploma.

There are various start dates throughout the year to avoid students having to wait to begin their program. In general, students will commence their learning program in early May, early September or early January.

Refer to the current Course Calendar for actual program start dates.

Each course is designed to take eight to ten months to complete.
